A magical story told with giant lantern puppets, dance, and original music - A Fish Tale tells the story of a futuristic Ann Harvey, a young woman searching through time for her lost father, a marine biologist. Along the way, she meets and falls in love with a young Mi’kmaq hunter, who helps her on her quest. This story is part of the 150th Anniversary of Canada and tells the story of our fishery from the origins of our island and into the future. A Fish Tale is a co-production between Qalipu First Nation and the Isle aux Morts Theatre Festival.
